2022 Walk-Only Nights
Due to COVID-19, there will be no Walk Nights in 2022.
Christmas Tree Lane is a historic street in Fresno, California, known for its display of Christmas lights and decorations on its Deodar Cedar trees during the holiday season. The tradition started in the 1920s and has become an annual event attracting thousands of visitors. The street is located in the Old Fig Garden neighborhood and is considered one of the oldest and largest Christmas lighting displays in the country.
Lane Hours
Sunday – Thursday
6:00pm to 10:00pm
Friday & Saturday
6:00pm to 11:00pm
Each December, N Van Ness Blvd flows northbound only beginning at 6:00pm.
The entrance is at Shields Ave. and the lane ends at the intersection of N Palm Ave. and W Shaw Ave.
Below is a map that shows the lane from start to finish. Traffic flows South to North. Visitors using Highway 41 are encouraged to get off on the Ashlan exit, drive West on Ashlan, South on Blackstone Ave. and West on Shields Ave. This helps to keep traffic from backing up on the offramp.
